Poppies was born from a simple idea — a place named after their daughter, where every guest feels like family. Damien and Zoey opened the doors on Little Stanley Street with one goal: to create the kind of neighbourhood restaurant they always wished existed. Somewhere warm, unhurried, and genuinely good.
Today, Poppies is Southbank's go-to for all-day brunch, long lunches, and easy evenings — from Allpress specialty coffee at sunrise to signature cocktails long after dark. The food is honest, the welcome is genuine, and the table is always yours.
