Chef — Modern Australian & Breakfast

Casual · ~20 hrs/week

We're looking for a skilled chef to join our kitchen team, starting at approximately 20 hours per week with real potential to grow as the role develops. You'll be working across our breakfast and brunch service, with mixed hours including mornings and some evenings. A background in modern Australian or breakfast cuisine is preferred — we want someone who takes pride in their craft and can bring energy and consistency to a busy South Bank kitchen. This is a great opportunity to grow with a venue that's genuinely on the rise.

Front of House Team Member

Part-Time / Casual

We're looking for friendly, energetic team members to join our front-of-house crew. Experience in hospitality is a plus, but a great attitude is what matters most.

Barista

Part-Time / Casual

Passionate about specialty coffee? We serve Allpress Espresso and take our coffee seriously. If you can pour a great flat white and love early mornings, we want to hear from you.

Chef / Cook

Casual / Part-Time

General expressions of interest for kitchen roles. If you have experience in a fast-paced kitchen and want to be considered for future openings, send us your resume.

Bartender

Mix signature cocktails and create memorable experiences at our bar. Knowledge of classic cocktails and a passion for hospitality are essential.
