Game Day Tips
Getting to the Ground from Poppies
Suncorp Stadium
Walking (15 minutes)
Head along Grey Street, cross the bridge, and continue up Caxton Street to the stadium. A flat, well-lit walk.
Public Transport
Catch a bus or train to Milton station (one stop from South Brisbane). The stadium is a 5-minute walk from Milton.
After the Game
We're open until 9–10 PM most nights. Walk back for a post-game drink — if the Broncos win, the first round's on a high.
The Gabba
Walking (20 minutes)
Head along Stanley Street through South Brisbane, then continue down Vulture Street to the Gabba. Mostly flat with good footpaths.
Public Transport
Take the bus from South Bank to Woolloongabba, or walk to South Bank station and catch a train one stop to the Gabba precinct.
After the Game
Walk back to Little Stanley Street for a post-game drink. We're open late on Fridays and Saturdays — perfect for celebrating a Lions win.
