Our Banquet Package includes a shared banquet-style menu with entrees and mains served to the table, beverage package options (beer, wine, spirits, cocktails), a semi-private dining area, and personalised event planning with our team. Pricing starts from $65 per person for groups of 6–14 guests.

The Banquet Package is designed for groups of 6 to 14 guests. It's ideal for birthday dinners, team lunches, family celebrations, and intimate gatherings. For larger groups of 12–30, our Canapé Package may be a better fit, or contact us for a custom arrangement.

We offer three banquet options: the Poppies Banquet ($75pp) with Japanese Roast Pumpkin, Pulled Pork Bao Buns, Grain-Fed Beef Striploin, and Mushroom Cream Risoni; the Meat Lovers Banquet ($65pp) with Trio of Dips, Popcorn Karaage Chicken, Half Rack Pork Ribs, and White Beef Ragù Linguine; and the Seafood Banquet ($70pp) with Stracciatella, Coconut-Infused Calamari, Snow Crab Linguine, and Crispy Skin Barramundi.

Yes — all banquet packages can include a beverage package. Options range from beer and wine packages to full cocktail packages. We'll tailor the drinks to suit your group and budget. Beverage packages are priced per person and can be added during your event planning consultation.

Poppies is on Little Stanley Street in South Bank Brisbane, in the River Quay precinct. Check your selected QPAC, BCEC or transport route before you leave, as venue entrances and event-night access can vary.

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance for banquet groups, especially for Friday and Saturday evenings. For larger groups or special occasions, 2–3 weeks' notice gives us time to plan your menu and seating arrangement properly.

The Banquet Package includes a semi-private dining area — your group will have a dedicated section of the restaurant with reserved seating. For a fully private dining experience with groups of 12–30, our Canapé Package includes access to our private dining area.
