Brisbane 2032 is getting closer. The Olympic Games run 23 July–8 August 2032, with the Paralympic Games following 24 August–5 September. Venue and visitor plans are still developing, so this guide sticks to confirmed progress and links straight to official updates.

What’s happening now
A city-wide delivery programme, not a finished timetable
Queensland’s 2026–27 Budget started works for Brisbane Stadium at Victoria Park while planning and design continue across the state. GIICA is delivering 17 new and upgraded venues, while more than 20 existing or temporary venues are also expected to host Games events.
That is exciting progress, but final venue allocations, visitor routes, entry times and transport advice are not something to guess at years ahead. Check the official updates before making a Games-day plan.
